The Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR) provides support and information to individuals wishing to continue their studies, manages the admission process for 37 Swedish universities and university colleges, offers opportunities for international exchange, and evaluates foreign academic qualifications for job and study purposes. UHR has 230 employees located in Stockholm and Visby.

在学习期间

作为学生你的经济情况

对于欧盟/欧洲经济区国家或瑞士公民而言,瑞典高等教育是免费的。持有瑞典的居留许可者,也不需要支付报名或学习费用。而且博士生学习对大众也是免费的。但作为学生而言,你仍然需要钱来负担食物、住宿和教材费用。  学习期间最常见的解决生活开销方式,就是向中央助学金管理局 (Centrala studiestödsnämnden,CSN) 申请助学金。助学金由两部分组成,一部分为无需偿还的补助,一部分为自愿的学生贷款,必须在结束学习之后开始偿还。

你对于助学金的权利,不受你有多少钱在银行里或你的家庭收入多少影响。但有限制规定,你在学习期间日历年半年中,你自己可以挣多少钱。你拿学生贷款无需任何形式的担保,但你必须在每个学期中获得一定数量的高校学分,以便继续获得助学金。如果你不是瑞典公民,将适用特殊规定。更多信息请参阅 www.csn.se 网页。

奖学金

奖学金是一种资助,钱来自捐助或特殊的拨款。

在哪里去找奖学金?

你直接向颁发奖学金的机构申请。例如这些可以是学院或大学,协会,基金会,银行,律师事务所或私人。关于奖学金的信息,你可以在大学或学院、教区、学校、市政府和省政府处找到。图书馆里通常都有奖学金手册。

一部分奖学金任何人都可以申请,但大多数奖学金只能由符合特殊条件或要求者申请。

学习期间工作

全时学习通常要求如同全时工作一样多的时间,即每周40小时。 一部分学生在学习的同时做兼职工作,但当你不能参加听课时,你需要用你的大部分时间来自学,或者与你的同学一起学习。

学生住宿

作为学生,你有多种不同的住宿选择。如果你就读的大学或学院离你家近,你可以住在家里。否则你可以租一个学生公寓或学生集体宿舍的一个房间。如果你住在学生集体宿舍中,你有一个自己的房间,并且与其他学生分享厨房。各城市的学生宿舍供需不尽相同。你可以在每个学院或大学的网站上找到简单信息。你也可以从学生会或私人住宅公司获得学生住所的信息。

学生生活

在许多学习地区,都有内容丰富的社团生活,在学习的同时,组织和提供一系列活动和体验。这些可以涉及从文化和娱乐到学生政治和体育运动等。通常是学生会来安排各种活动。学生会是独立的社团,为维护学生的利益而工作。成为学生会会员是自愿的。

就学期间寻求支持

所有学院和大学都在就学期间提供某种形式的支持。你可以获得各种帮助,从发展你的学习技术、如何写学术文字直至在众人面前演讲等。 这些服务是免费的,与你读什么专业或课程没有关系。欢迎大家受益!

国外学习

大多数瑞典大学都与外国大学有协议,涉及各种形式的国外学习交流。你在国外学习的时间,可以作为瑞典学习计划的一部分,而且你在国外获得的高校学分,当你回到瑞典时可以算数。

若要参与一个国外交流计划,你必须进入一个瑞典大学或学院。通常在你出国学习之前,你必须在瑞典已经获得一定数量的学分。你也可以完全自己安排和管理国外学习,即所谓的“客座学生” (Free-mover)。

Erasmus+
